Beautiful house but the AC went out at midnight on our second night. Had to sleep with windows open. The manager didn't get back to us until 9 AM the next morning. Also wanted to rent bikes but it took 6 hours to get the waiver approved because the manager was busy. Frustrating when you're on vacation.

Beautiful property and great location. The automated check-in was seamless. Only giving 4 stars because the pool heater took a while to warm up, but the host resolved it within an hour after we reported it.
